Examples of work products
Most work products are confidential. However, investor conference pitches are non-confidential as well as many company summaries and initial pitch decks. These work products incorporate extensive market research, thought leader (KOL - Key Opinion Leader) feedback, market modeling and project planning behind the scenes. All these elements are necessary for a successful business and a successful financing.

Company non-confidential summary
Summaries are essential tools for introducing a company. Ideally they cover the need, the solution, the team, the market and the timeline to value inflection for investors. The summary below was prepared in 2014 for a start-up in sepsis seeking its very first external financing and required researching the need, creating a market model, timeline and budget before the summary could be written. The summary is also a distillation of a much more detailed business plan and pitch deck created at the same time.
Example slides from pitch deck
A pitch deck is usually where you make your first in-person impression. Below are example slides from a more extensive pitch deck showing some of the key points that need to be communicated during a pitch presentation.
